Custom Engraved Name Plates
Some perpetual plaques and trophies require custom engraved name plates that can be added as needed. Eclipse Awards can supply personalized black glass name plates, metal name plates, and laser engraved wooden name plates in any size you need. All custom name plates include:
- free design & layout, with unlimited design change requests at no charge
- a digital artwork proof to ensure accuracy
- double-sided tape for easy and secure mounting
** Prices vary based on size and material. There is a minimum charge of $40 per order.
For both metal and wooden name plates, the following quantity discounts apply:
5% @ 10+ pieces,
10% @ 25+ pieces
15% @ 50+ pieces
20% @ 100+ pieces
25% @ 250+ pieces
Metal Name Plates
Metal name plates are available in either silver or gold, with all text and artwork printed as black. Metal name plates can be custom cut to any rectangular size, from 1/2" x 1" up to a maximum size of 8" x 10".

Wooden Name Plates
Our eco-friendly wooden name plates are made using LeafWood, which is real wood laminated to both sides of a formaldehyde-free fiberboard core. Available in
Maple,
Cherry and
Walnut, LeafWood is an economical material that combines the look of real wood with the stability of engineered fiberboard.
Wooden name plates are 1/8" thick (3mm) with a semi-matte finish, can be lasercut to virtually any size and shape, and then engraved with our
solar-powered laser. All wood name plates come with double sided tape for easy mounting. Note that as these are organic materials, colour and wood grain may vary from piece to piece.

Engraved Glass Name Plates
Our beautiful Black Glass Museum Plaques are made from opaque black glass and can be personalized with your text and graphics. Flat rate price includes custom design and layout, artwork proof, deep sandblast engraving, silver or gold colorfill, and double-sided tape for simple and permanent mounting.
Museum Plaques are popular as labels for paintings or art installations, as donor recognition or room signage, and on perpetual plaques and donor walls.
