Guaranteed On-Time Delivery

From rush orders to long range planning, we’ll deliver your order when you need it. On-time delivery is guaranteed or your order is free!

How long is delivery?

Our standard lead time is 15 business days, from the date you confirm you order to your in-hands date. 

To confirm your order, we require 5 things from you:

1. Which pieces you'd like to order.
2. How many of each you will need.
3. Your requested delivery date. 
4. Your contact information and shipping instructions. 
5. Your credit card details, if it is your first order.

Once we have these details, we will send you an order confirmation and get your order into our design and production schedule. However if we are missing any of these 5 things, we cannot confirm your order. 

Note that we will also require:
6. The text and details for each item in your order.*
7. Any logo or artwork files that you'd like to include.

The sooner you can provide items 6 and 7, the better, as it gives us more time to work on your design.
* Note: when ordering online, you can indicate “Personalize Now” or “Personalize Later” during the checkout process. Select Personalize later if you want to get your order underway, but still need some time to gather your files and personalization details. 

 

Rush Service Options

Our standard lead time is 15 business days, so any order required in 14 business days or less is considered a Rush Order. Rush Orders are immediately added into our design and production queue, receiving prompt and constant attention until your order is safely delivered on time. Rush charges are applied to awards, options and services (but not to shipping), as follows:

Apply 50% for guaranteed delivery in 1-3 business days.

Apply 30% for guaranteed delivery in 4-6 business days.

Apply 20% for guaranteed delivery in 7-10 business days.

Apply 10% for guaranteed delivery in 11-14 business days.

No rush charges are applied for orders delivered in 15-29 business days. 

Deduct 30% from shipping if your order can be delivered in 30+ business days.

Notes:

  • Your lead time is determined by your order date and your requested delivery date. Orders received before 10am PST start that same day; orders received after 10am will begin the following day.

  • Eclipse Awards ensures delivery by the end of day on your requested delivery date. If you require delivery by a certain time of day, please request a delivery date at least one or two days prior.

  • Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.

  • To meet your requested delivery date, we require your active involvement in the design and approval process. Failure to review and approve your artwork proofs in a timely manner may delay delivery or incur additional charges to accelerate production and shipping.

We treat your requested delivery date very seriously and our job is not complete until your order has been safely delivered. For your peace of mind, Eclipse Awards offers industry-leading On-time and Safe Delivery Guarantees.

Shipping Methods

Eclipse Awards ships all orders to arrive by the end of day on your requested delivery date, or earlier. When ordering, please try to request a delivery date that is at least 2-3 business days before your awards will be presented.

All orders are shipped via UPS. The shipping cost is determined by the size of your order, location, and requested delivery date. Once your order has shipped, you will email you a tracking number for reference. As a UPS Preferred Partner, Eclipse Awards receives ongoing status updates on your shipment and maintains special access to UPS in the unlikely event that there is a delay.

For deliveries within Greater Vancouver, we use Novex Delivery Solutions, a low emissions green courier.

Vancouver clients may request to pick up orders from our studio between 9-5pm, Monday to Friday.
