that your awards will be produced professionally and on-time, as promised:

1. On-Time Delivery Guaranteed - or it’s free.

We’ve earned our reputation by delivering your awards on-time, as promised, every time. We’ll do whatever it takes to ensure that your order is delivered to you by the close of your requested date. In fact, we guarantee on-time delivery or your order is free.  We don't point fingers, we simply take responsibility and ensure that your awards are delivered where you need them, when you need them. After all, how much are your awards worth if they arrive after your event?

2. Safe Delivery Guaranteed - or we’ll replace it.  

Worried about damage in transit?  Rest assured that your awards will arrive safely and intact as we confidently guarantee safe delivery on all orders.  With over 20 years of experience in packing and shipping, our breakage rate is less than 0.4%!  In the unlikely event of breakage in transit, we will replace any damaged pieces at our expense.
 

3. Accuracy Guaranteed - or we’ll remake it. 

Our processes and our attention to details set us apart from competitors. Your order will include professional design and digital artwork proofs for your review and approval, which means we perfect your design and eliminate any errors, before producing your order. 
 
We promise to deliver awards that are exactly the same as the artwork proofs you approve, or we’ll replace them at no charge. That is our Accuracy Guarantee!
 
 

Policies and Procedures

 

Creating your awards is serious business, but it should also be enjoyable. We’ve implemented the following policies and procedures to help provide you with a great experience at Eclipse Awards

 

Dedicated Service & Support

When you place an order, we assign you a dedicated customer service representative and graphic designer who are responsible for overseeing your project from start to finish. They will be familiar with the details of your order and can be reached anytime by phone or email.

Order Deposits

As all orders are personalized, we may request a non-refundable deposit of 50% on orders over $1500.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel one or more pieces of your order once it is underway, the following charges may apply:

- Items cancelled after our “Creating Layouts” email notice has been sent:  20% per award.
- Items cancelled after you have approved artwork:  80% per award.

Special order items and custom order projects cannot be cancelled once confirmed

 

Order Additions

Should you wish to add pieces to your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request at any stage. To consolidate shipping with the main order and guarantee the same delivery date, rush charges will be applied at a 50% discount. Quantity discounts will be extended to order additions, if they are produced at the same time.

This privacy policy sets out how Eclipse Awards International Inc (EA) uses and protects any information that you give Eclipse Awards when you use this website.  Eclipse Awards is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Eclipse Awards may update this privacy policy occasionally. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are aware of any changes. This policy is effective from January 1, 2010.

We may collect the following information:

  • personal name and company name
  • contact information including email address
  • shipping and billing address information
  • order details and history
  • graphics and logo files
  • other information relevant to provide superior customer service
  • credit card information


What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • We may periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
  • Award recipient names will be held in the strictest of confidence until those awards have been presented.

 

Confidentiality

At Eclipse Awards, we will not share or discuss the winners or recipients of your awards programs before the awards have been presented.  We understand the value of confidentiality and surprise in leading up to your awards event.

 

Social Media

From time to time, we may mention or highlight a project in our social media communications (see Eclipse Awards on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, or LinkedIn).  This may include reference to and/or images of awards we have worked on, with the goal of raising the profile of your event and highlighting the power of recognition. We will never refer to your awards project publicly before your awards have been presented.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Your credit card information is neither stored nor accessible online.

Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website, and therefore we cannot be responsible for what may occur there.

Controlling your personal information

If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing us.

We will never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.  At Eclipse Awards, we believe in privacy and also in transparency.

Our in-house graphic designers will handle the layout and design of your awards. All of our designers are professional artists with visual arts backgrounds which means they are skilled in creating high quality, clean and sylish layouts.
