Add 2nd, 3rd and 4th Surface Marking

All of our awards and trophies include custom marking on at least one surface. However some pieces have additional surfaces that can also be customized upon request. If you’d like to customize some additional surfaces on your awards, you can select this option during the checkout process and it will be worked into your design.

Hand-painted Color Fills

Color fills are applied by hand to sandblast engraved areas on glass and crystal. The frosted look of sandblast etching is the most elegant and beautiful when clear, but color fills can be useful to highlight specific text or artwork. We offer 3 non-toxic colour fill options: silver, black and gold.. For special projects, we also offer a brilliant 24K gold colour fill. Any of these color fill options can be selected during the checkout process (if available for the pieces you’ve selected), and the exact placement will be worked out during the design process.

Cost: $50 per piece for silver, black or gold; $70 per piece for 24K gold

Logo Conversions

To create great artwork, we need your logo files in vector format like .eps, .ai or .svg (see our graphic requirements). Bitmap files like .jpg .tiff and .bmp may look good on screens, but we can’t use them for our design and production processes.

Can’t find your logo in vector format? No problem, we can convert any common bitmap logo file (.jpg .tiff .bmp .gif .png and others) into a proper vector file for you in 24 hours! We include one free logo conversion with every order, and we can provide you with your vectorized logo file upon request.

Cost: $75 per logo to convert to vector format *one free logo conversion with every order

Drop Shipping (shipping to multiple addresses)

Drop shipping involves splitting your order and shipping it to multiple locations. Many clients use this service to send awards directly to end recipients. Especially if you are forgoing an in-person event, and want to send awards to people working at home, in other cities, or in remote locations.

Order Inserts: Letters, Cards or Flyers

If you’re looking to add an insert or promotional material to your awards, we offer the following options:

Client Provided Inserts
If you’d like to provide printed materials to insert with your order, they must arrive at Eclipse Awards a minimum of 10 days before your order is scheduled to ship.

Cost: $3 per generic insert; $5 each to match personalized inserts with specific awards.

Simple Letter Inserts
If you’d like us to insert a letter with each award, we can print 8.5”x11” black and white letters and insert them for you. Please provide print-ready artwork as a word document or pdf file. For this service, we do not provide graphic design or artwork proofs. Simple Letters are printed in black and white only (no bleeds), unfolded with no envelope, and matched with specific awards if they are individually personalized. Choose from either glossy or matte paper stock.

Cost: $7 each for 1-24 pieces; $6 each for 25+ pieces.

Premium Letter Inserts
If you’d like to insert a premium letter with each award, we can print 8.5”x11” letters in full color and insert them for you. Please provide print-ready artwork as a word document or pdf file. For this service, we do not provide graphic design or artwork proofs. Premium Letters are printed in full color (no bleeds), tri-folded, placed in blank envelopes, and matched with specific awards if individually personalized. Choose from either glossy or matte paper stock.

Cost: $12 each for 1-24 pieces; $10 each for 25+ pieces.

Greeting Card Inserts
If you’d like to insert a Greeting Card with each award, we can print 4.5” x 5.5” cards in full color and insert them for you. Please provide the details you’d like to include on each card. For this service we provide graphic design and artwork proofs. Greeting Card inserts are printed in full color on 2 sides (cover + 1 inside face, no bleeds), folded once, placed in blank envelopes, and matched with specific awards if individually personalized.

Cost: $15 each for 1-24 pieces; 12 each for 25+ pieces

SANDBLAST ENGRAVING SERVICE

Do you have some special crystal pieces that you want personalized with sandblast engraving?

Depending on the size and shape of your items, we can provide custom sandblasting service and artwork design. There is a $100 design fee, which includes an artwork proof for your review and approval, plus a sandblasting charge of $50 per surface etched

SOLAR LASER ENGRAVING

If you have some wood pieces that you want marked, solar laser engraving may be the best solution. Our laser engraver is powered by our rooftop solar panels, giving us the ability to mark and engrave your pieces in an eco-friendly and permanent way. If you’re interested in laser engraving on your own items, they must be flat, relatively smooth and less than 5” thick. For solar engraving, wood works best. There is a $100 design fee, which includes an artwork proof for your review and approval, plus a laser engraving charge of $50 per surface.

COSMO PRINT - FULL COLOUR UV PRINTING SERVICE

If you require full colour markings, UV printing is the best solution. UV printing allows us to print vibrant and highly detailed graphics in full colour to enhance your awards and highlight your message of appreciation. UV printing can be used instead of sandblasting or laser engraving, or in addition to them. If you’re interested in UV printing on your own items, they must be flat, relatively smooth and less than 5” thick. Wood and glass work best. There is a $100 design fee plus a $50 marking charge which includes an artwork proof for your review and approval, plus a per piece charge that is based on size of print and quantity required.

AWARD & TROPHY REPAIRS

Are you looking to fix or salvage an existing award? We may be able to assist you with rebonding separated pieces, replacing components, cleaning, or repairing small scratches or dents. Please email us with details and photos of your needs and we will let you know what’s possible.

AWARD & TROPHY RECYCLING

If you’re looking to recycle some old trophies or awards, we suggest contacting a thrift store in your area. That is where your pieces can most likely find a second life as trophies for a novelty or one-time event. If you have glass or recycled glass awards from Eclipse Awards, you can always send them back to us for us to recycle appropriately.

Custom Nameplates for Awards, Trophies, and Plaques

Some trophies and perpetual awards require wood or metal nameplates that can be added over time, as needed.

Metal Trophy Name Plates

We offer rectangular silver metal nameplates with black printing/artwork in any dimensions up to 10 square inches. This includes an artwork proof plus double-sided tape so that you can mount each name plate easily. Gold metal name plates are also available. Larger custom name plates are available upon request.

LeafWood Name Plates

LeafWood name plates are real wood laminates (3mm thick) that are available in Maple, Cherry and Walnut. LeafWood is an economical choice that combines the warmth of real wood with the stability of engineered fiberboard.

LeafWood wooden name plates can be custom cut to any size or shape, and personalized with our solar-powered laser engraver. Prices vary according to size

Custom Name Tags & Badges

Do you need eco-friendly name tags or badges for your event? We can supply custom-cut and personalized wooden name badges with magnetic backings or lanyards.

These can be made from Leafwood (3mm thick) or from Truewood, which is real solid wood (5mm thick) and available in Maple, Cherry and Walnut.

Wood name tags provide the authentic look and feel of real wood and are personalized with our solar-powered laser engraver. Note that as these are real wood, there can be variations in color and grain that are considered normal.

Mounting Hardware Options

Double-Sided Mounting Tape

For easy installation, we offer two types of industrial strength, double-sided tape for mounting in situations where typical fasteners won't work. Thin Tape is suitable for smooth surfaces, while Thick Tape is intended for rough or uneven surfaces. Let us know the surface you're mounting on and we can recommend the appropriate double-sided tape.

Aluminum Standoff Hardware

We offer 3 styles of aluminum edge grip standoff hardware that can be used to hold panels of glass or wood in place on a wall. Edge grip hardware is handy because it doesn’t require holes in the material for mounting, and installation is relatively simple.

Single and Double Pair Mounting Magnets

Our single and double pair magnets are compact yet powerful. They consist of two sets of magnets which can be joined or separated as needed. Double pair magnets are primarily used as backings on name tags, though they can also be an effective mounting solution when you want something to be secured, yet removable.

Command Strips

Command Strips make surface mounting quick and easy. They are perfect when you need the ability to remove your plaque or sign. One click lets you know the strips are locked in and holding tight. When no longer needed, they can be easily removed without damaging your wall. Each strip is 1.5 cm wide x 3.5 cm tall and can hold up to 2 lbs.(.9 kgs).
