Order Inserts: Letters, Cards or Flyers
If you’re looking to add an insert or promotional material to your awards, we offer the following options:
Client Provided Inserts
If you’d like to provide printed materials to insert with your order, they must arrive at Eclipse Awards a minimum of 10 days before your order is scheduled to ship.
Cost: $3 per generic insert; $5 each to match personalized inserts with specific awards.
Simple Letter Inserts
If you’d like us to insert a letter with each award, we can print 8.5”x11” black and white letters and insert them for you. Please provide print-ready artwork as a word document or pdf file. For this service, we do not provide graphic design or artwork proofs. Simple Letters are printed in black and white only (no bleeds), unfolded with no envelope, and matched with specific awards if they are individually personalized. Choose from either glossy or matte paper stock.
Cost: $7 each for 1-24 pieces; $6 each for 25+ pieces.
Premium Letter Inserts
If you’d like to insert a premium letter with each award, we can print 8.5”x11” letters in full color and insert them for you. Please provide print-ready artwork as a word document or pdf file. For this service, we do not provide graphic design or artwork proofs. Premium Letters are printed in full color (no bleeds), tri-folded, placed in blank envelopes, and matched with specific awards if individually personalized. Choose from either glossy or matte paper stock.
Cost: $12 each for 1-24 pieces; $10 each for 25+ pieces.
Greeting Card Inserts
If you’d like to insert a Greeting Card with each award, we can print 4.5” x 5.5” cards in full color and insert them for you. Please provide the details you’d like to include on each card. For this service we provide graphic design and artwork proofs. Greeting Card inserts are printed in full color on 2 sides (cover + 1 inside face, no bleeds), folded once, placed in blank envelopes, and matched with specific awards if individually personalized.
Cost: $15 each for 1-24 pieces; 12 each for 25+ pieces
