Our standard lead time is 15 to 20 business days, from the date you confirm your order and provide your details, to your in-hands date.

Yes, if your order is required in less than 15 business days, we offer 5 levels of rush service to meet your deadline.

Yes, we take your deadlines very seriously, so we offer guaranteed on time delivery, or your order is free. We also guarantee safe delivery of any order that ships directly from Eclipse Awards. Once we have all of your personalization details, names, and logos, you will receive a proof within 2 business days. With rush orders you will receive your proof within 1 business day. Your order will not go into production until you have provided your artwork approval.

Artwork proofs are provided on every order, but only after you’ve confirmed your order. This allows us to gather all of the graphic elements and text, then prepare a well thought out design.

There is no limit, but the amount of text you can fit depends on the size of the trophy you select. It should be large enough to display your desired text at a reasonable size so it will look good. 

No, every order includes professional graphic design and artwork proofs at no charge.

Yes, if you wish to provide your own artwork and designs, let us know and we can provide you with the appropriate design template for the piece(s) you’ve selected. Pleaes submit vector artwork (Ai, eps, pdf).

For logos and artwork, we require vector files like EPS, AI, PDF. You can upload them with your order, or email them to us separately. If you don’t have your logo in this format, send what you have and we will vectorize it for you. Note that vectorizing your logo will add one day to the lead time of your order. 

Yes, we also offer drop shipping services and we can split and ship your order in any way you like. If needed, select this option during checkout and we will follow up to gather your shipping instructions and provide you with a shipping quote.

Every order receives an artwork proof for your review and approval. You are the last line of defence and it’s your responsibility to ensure that all information is correct. If you approve a proof that has an error that you introduced, we offer a 20% courtesy discount on a replacement award. If you approve a proof that has an error that we introduced, we offer a 50% discount on a replacement award. Please review your proofs closely to eliminate the chance of errors. 

Yes, discounts for larger orders are available. Quantity discounts vary by product and are listed on each product page.

Our preferred payment methods are EFT or cheque. We also accept credit cards for payments under $5000.
