We guarantee that your order will arrive to you on-time1 or your order is free2. Whether it’s our mistake or the mistake of our shipper, we take total responsibility for your order and getting you the products you require, when you require them.
1. Offer applies only to standard lead time orders destined to the USA and Canada. Rush orders are not eligible.
2. To qualify for a free order, a claim must be placed with your customer service representative.

We guarantee your order will arrive to you safely or all replacements are free. Even in situations where our shipper is totally at fault, Eclipse Awards takes total responsibility and will reship replacement awards as quickly as possible.
Our years of experience packing and our relationship with UPS have allowed us to decrease breakage in transit to less than 1% of all orders. Rest assured that when you order from Eclipse Awards your order will arrive to you safely or the replacements are on us.

What really sets Eclipse Awards apart from the competition is our meticulous attention to detail and ownership of each and every project. Every order placed with Eclipse Awards includes graphic design and proofing, allowing us to perfect your layout prior to engraving your awards.
Eclipse Awards offers guaranteed accuracy* or all replacements are free. Rest assured that when you approve your proof, Eclipse Awards will engrave your awards to the highest standard and most importantly, without error.
* Accuracy is measured against the final approved proof resent to us by the customer.
Samples Policy
Our sample policy is as follows:
- Standard samples are sent blank with no engraving.
- For etched samples, the client must place a regular order.
- Limit of 2 different items per request.
- Credit card payment is required.
- Full cost of the samples and freight are charged at time of shipping.
- Samples must be returned in good condition within 30 days for credit.
- Samples must be shipped back as instructed - damaged or non-returned samples will not be credited.
- Freight cost for samples will be credited towards future orders as follows:
- $0 - $299 order - no credit for sample freight costs.
- $300-$1249 order - 50% of sample freight cost credited.
- $1250 order - all sample freight costs will be credited.

Claims Policy
Our merchandise is packed to exceed UPS standards for packaging to ensure your items arrive intact. In the unlikely event that any item(s) arrive in broken condition, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. In order to expedite your replacement(s), please help us by doing the following:
Call us within 5 business days of receipt at 888-294-7121. We will need a description of the damage to the outside shipping box, and a description of the damage to the merchandise in order to initiate a claim and begin the replacement process.
Please do not dispose of the shipping box, wrappings or broken contents. Depending on the extent of the damage, may require an inspection by UPS or request that the damaged contents be sent back to us. Your sales representative will provide further instructions.
All shipments originating from Eclipse Awards are insured and we will do everything possible to replace the damaged item(s) at no charge to you, however, if these instructions are not followed additional charges will be incurred.
Order Cancellation
Orders that are placed and cancelled are subject to a $100 order cancellation fee. Orders cannot be cancelled after artwork is approved and will be charged the full amount of the order (less shipping).
