Payment Options for International Orders
All international orders beyond Canada and the USA are charged in USD. As well, we require 100% prepayment before we can ship any international orders. We can accept payment by credit card or EFT.
International Delivery and Lead Time
When ordering from outside of Canada or the US, please allow 4 weeks lead time for customized, Made-to-Order awards and trophies. If you require fully customised "Original Concept" awards, please allow at least 3 months for design, production and delivery.
Note that with international shipments there can be customs delays, so we cannot provide our on-time delivery guarantee on international orders.
Time Zones for International Client Orders
Eclipse Awards is located in Vancouver, BC Canada, which observes Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-7h) between March 14 and November 7, and Pacific Standard Time (UTC-8h). Our office is open between 9am-5pm local time, Monday through Friday. Click here for the current local time in Vancouver.
As it can be challenging to coordinate phone calls or zoom meetings across multiple time zones, we do recommend email communications for international orders and inquiries. Note that we respond to all emails within one business day.
International Customs and Duties
International shipments beyond Canada and the US may have taxes or duties imposed by the destination country that are beyond our control. For your convenience and to expedite delivery, Eclipse Awards will prepay any such charges on your behalf, then invoice you for those charges, along with supporting documentation. Note that it can take up to 90 days following delivery for UPS to notify us of these charges.
