How to order awards and trophies online

Step 1: Dream

Browse our collection of awards & plaques ato find your favorite styles. Each piece is meticulously curated, ensuring a perfect choice every time. On the product page, select the size and quantity needed, then click  “Customize Now”. Provide your personalization details, logo(s), upload spreadsheets, choose your marking method(s) and add any customization options you'd like to include. Click “Add to Cart” when done. If you don't have your personalization details ready, no problem! You can still proceed, and our team will follow up with you later.

Step 2: Design

After reviewing your order, we'll create unique designs incorporating your personalization details and logo(s). You'll receive a PDF artwork proof for review and approval via email. Request unlimited revisions at no charge until you love your design. We only produce items once we have your approval.

Step 3: Delivered

Once you've approved your artwork proof, relax and look forward to your awards event! Our skilled team will meticulously produce your order and ensure it's delivered on time. We are experts in complex shipping needs, guaranteeing safe and timely delivery every time, guaranteed!

This is the easiest and fastest way to order custom trophies. Simply browse our House Collection of Awards and Trophies, add pieces you like to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout. You will be guided through a step by step process to gather:

  1. Your contact and billing details
  2. Requested delivery date
  3. Personalization details, logo(s) and instructions (if available)
  4. Shipping instructions
  5. Payment information

Don’t have your personalization details ready yet? You can still place an order online then provide those details later once your order is confirmed in our production schedule.

Via email

Email your order to sales@eclipseawards.com with the following details:

  1. Your contact details and billing address
  2. Order requirements: Award name(s) with product SKUs & quantities needed
  3. Your requested delivery date
    a. Standard delivery time is 20 business days
    b. Rush Services are available
  4. Personalization details you’d like on each award, along with any design instructions you may have (if available)
  5. Logos or artwork files you’d like to include, in vector format if available
  6. Shipping instructions (if known)
    a. Please include a contact name and number at each location
    b. We cannot ship to PO boxes

Once we have received your email, we will confirm receipt within one business day and your service representative will contact you to gather any remaining details.

In all cases, once we have gathered your details, you will receive an email order confirmation and summary within one business day to get your order underway.
