How to Order Customized Recycled Glass Trophies & Awards
It’s easy to order customized recycled glass awards online and have them personalized for your organization and event. Order one award or many, there are no setup charges or minimum orders.

First decide on the style of awards that you’d like to present, how many you’ll need, and when you’d like them delivered by. This is actually all you need to get an order underway!

Next, determine what you’d like to say on each award. Most awards typically include a recipient name and a sentence about what they are being recognized for. Send us the information from Step 1 and Step 2 if you have it. You can do this via our online ordering system or by emailing orders@eclipseawards.com. Once we have your details, we’ll send you an order confirmation to get things started.

Our graphic design team will then incorporate your details into a custom design on the awards you selected and email you a digital artwork proof for you to review.

Review your artwork proof carefully for grammar and spelling. You can also request unlimited design revisions at no charge. Then once you’re happy with the design, send us your approval and we’ll make up the awards in your order.
Remember, we never produce your awards until you’ve given us your signed approval. This process virtually eliminates errors and helps ensure that we’re all on the same page.
