Built on our wildly popular Black Glass Plaques, these 12"x9" perpetual plaques accommodate up to 20 personalized metal nameplates. Price includes free custom design, sandblast engraving, silver color fill, mounting guidelines, and your first nameplate. Additional nameplates can be purchased as needed and include double-sided tape for easy mounting.
