At Eclipse Awards, we understand the importance of delivering your awards on-time, every time.  This is why we are the only company in the industry to offer guaranteed on-time delivery.   We guarantee that your order will arrive to you on-time as arranged, or else your crystal awards are free*.  When you partner with Eclipse Awards, we take total responsibility for your project and in meeting your deadlines. 

* to apply for a credit, a claim must be placed with your customer service representative.

Guaranteed Safe Delivery

We are also the only company to offer guaranteed safe delivery.  This means we guarantee that all awards shipped from our studio will arrive safely at the destination you requested.   In the unlikely event that damage does occur in transit, Eclipse Awards will replace those pieces at our sole expense.  Even in situations where our shipper is at fault, Eclipse Awards takes full responsibility and will reship replacement awards as quickly as possible.

We pack our awards to arrive safely so that no one has to deal with wasteful breakage.  Years of packing experience has allowed us to reduce breakage in transit to less than .5% of all orders.  So rest assured that when you order from Eclipse Awards your crystal awards will arrive safely or the replacements are on us.  Note that any damage claims must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
