Every order from Eclipse Awards includes a variety of services required to customize and produce your item.  Rather than charge our customers unexpected and sometimes hidden fees; we instead include all services into the cost of our items so that our customers can budget accordingly (and easily).  We call this our simple pricing system.  After all, what use is an award if it isn’t personalized?

Included in every order are the following services:
  • Sales and support
    Every order will have an assigned customer service representative who is responsible for your order and available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.  Our customer service representatives can be contacted by email or telephone, providing you with direct access to a contact that is not only familiar with your order, but also accessible. 

  • Graphic design
     Eclipse Awards employs full time (in-house) graphic designers that are responsible for the layout and design of your awards.  All of our designers are professionals who are educated in visual arts, meaning you can count on our proficiency in providing professional, high quality layout designs. 

    In addition to the design and layout of your ordered items, Eclipse Awards also provides unlimited changes and additional proofs if requested.  We do not penalize our customers for revisions or changes.

    Have peace of mind that your order includes your total satisfaction with the design and layout of your items!
  • Personalization
    Because each and every award produced by Eclipse Awards is created by hand, we do not charge any additional fee to have all your awards individually personalized.  Whether you’re ordering 2 or 200 awards, feel free to personalize each and every award to your liking.  Permanently engraving the recipients name onto an award can greatly increase the effectiveness of the item, resulting in a deeper appreciation from the recipient.  After all, isn’t that the point?
  • Labeling
    All orders of 3 or more identical awards include labeling of presentation boxes.  This will allow you easy identification of your awards and prevent you from having to open each and every award to find out who the recipient is. 
  • Shipping & Handling
    With years of experience at shipping glass and crystal items, Eclipse Awards is a proficient packager and shipper with a breakage rate of less than 0.5%.  We are so confident in our packaging that we are the only company in the industry to offer guaranteed safe delivery!

    Although shipping is an additional cost (determined by the number of items ordered, the weight of the shipment, the shipping method and the destination), all other shipping related services are included in every order.  There is no S/H charge, documentation fee, etc.
