|Placing your order with Eclipse Awards is simple and straightforward. There are three ways for you to place your order:
This is the easiest and fastest way of placing your order. Simply add the pieces you want to your shopping cart and our online order system will walk you through a 4 step process that will gather the following information: your contact details, billing address, shipping address, personalization text/instructions, any logo or artwork files (which can be uploaded), and your required delivery date.
Ordering online provides us with all the information we need to give our graphic designers an early start on designing your awards.
If you prefer to use email, simply send the details of your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your email should include the following information:
- Order Information
- Product SKU (code)
- Quantity required
- Verbiage & logo in EPS format
- Please include the verbiage, logo and any other instructions for our graphic designers
- Required delivery date (please use actual required dates rather than desired dates to avoid rush charges)
- Contact information including your:
- First and Last name
- Company name
- State or Province
- Postal code or Zip Cod
- Phone number including area code
- Email address (your proofs will be sent to this address)
- Billing Address (if different)
- Shipping address (if different)
- Billing preference (invoice or credit card)
- Credit card (MC, Visa) and expiry date
For those you prefer a personal touch, feel free to call us at 1-888-294-7121 (M-F 9:30-5:00 Pacific Standard time). We will require the same information as above for phone orders, however we can also answer any questions that you might have. Ordering by phone normally takes about 5-15 minutes and still requires you to email your logo at some point.
