|Placing your order with Eclipse Awards is simple and straightforward. There are three ways to order:
1. Order Online
This is the easiest and fastest way of placing your order. Simply select the awards you want, add them to your shopping cart, then we will walk you through a 4-step process to gather the following: your contact and billing details, shipping address, personalization text/instructions, any logos or artwork files (which can be uploaded), and your required delivery date.
Ordering online provides us with all the information we need to give our graphic designers a head start on your awards.
2. Via Email
If you prefer to use email, simply send the details of your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your email should include the following:
- Order Details
- Award name(s) and product SKUs
- Quantity of awards required
- Verbiage & logo in vector format (.eps, .ai or .pdf)
- Please include the text message, logo and any other instructions you have for our graphic designers
- Your required delivery date (standard lead time is 10 business days for orders placed before 10am PST. Faster service is possible, though rush charges will apply)
- Contact information:
- Your first and last name
- Company name
- State or Province
- Postal code or zip code
- Phone number including area code
- Contact email (your order confirmation and artwork proofs will be sent to this address)
- Billing Address (if different)
- Shipping address (if different)
- Billing preference (credit card payment is required on initial orders, future orders may be invoiced)
- CC details if paying by credit card. We accept only Visa and MC.
3. By Phone
If you prefer a personal contact, please call us at 1-888-294-7121, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Pacific Standard time. We will still require the same information listed above, however we can also discuss your project and answer any questions that you have. We look forward to speaking with you!
