Position: we are seeking a permanent, full time customer service professional with a positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility and an instinct for taking care of clients. You will primarily be responsible for answering phone calls, fielding quote requests and inquiries, managing customer orders, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring all client projects are delivered in a timely manner.
