Role: Company Coordinator - full time position, available now


Eclipse Awards is a boutique manufacturer of recognition awards, plaques, and gifts. Located in Vancouver and founded in 1998, Eclipse was recognized as BC’s Best Green Business in 2014. This role, and your eventual responsibilities, will range widely and touch on all aspects of the company’s operations, including: office administration, inventory management, customer service, research, scheduling, special projects and more.

We’re willing to train the right candidate, so we don’t have a long list of required skills or experiences. Experience is helpful, but ideally we are looking for someone who has:

  • A positive attitude and great communication skills

  • An intelligent, curious nature with an aptitude for learning

  • A keen eye for detail, plus an ability to see the bigger picture

  • A mind that likes to organize things
